When? Sunday, Sept. 17, 6:30-8pm
What? Presentation and discussion on topics with your student about technology, social media, sex, purity and boundaries in relationships.
Who? Parents of 5th-12th graders (please leave younger students at home if possible, HS students can join us for hsFUEL)
At PPCC, we fully believe in partnership with parents. With technology in today’s culture, we want to equip you with the best possible tools and we have conversations with our students about technology, social media, sex, purity, and boundaries in relationships.
David Galvan will be giving a presentation about how to have open conversations with your kids. David Galvan is the director of Education for a Lifetime. He started with EFL as a volunteer in 2011, and has since become more involved and moved into leadership. He has over ten years of experience working with youth. When David isn’t speaking to high school students about Sexual Risk Avoidance and making healthy choices, he is spending time with his beautiful family (wife Renee, stepson James, and daughter Brielle), and playing Fantasy Football with his brothers. David is passionate about sharing truth with young minds and reminding them of their values
Make sure to invite a friend if they have a 5th-12th grader.
