Darrin RondeDarrin Ronde

Senior Pastor

Darrin has roots in a small town in Wisconsin and found the Lord as a teen. He met his wife Julie while serving as a Children’s Pastor in Arizona and married in 1987. They came to the Springs in 1995 and Darrin served as Outreach Pastor until 2004, when the Elders asked him to be the new Senior Pastor. The Ronde’s have two beautiful children, Stephanie and Tyler, and four adorable grandchildren, Eden, Elias and Estin, and their newest addition, Aedan. Darrin enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and basketball.


Rick Dettling

Director of Pastoral Care

Rick joined the staff at PPCC in 2008 with nearly 30 years of ministry experience.  He and his wife, Susan, have been married for 30 years and have two children.  His education includes a Bachelor Degree in Bible and a Master of Divinity.  Rick has a compassion for taking care of God’s sheep.  His extensive background in providing wise counsel and care helps us minister to all people at PPCC and throughout the local community.  Rick enjoys hunting, fishing and hiking in God’s Creation.


Matt RossMatt Ross

Worship Pastor

Matt Ross is the Worship Pastor and Primary worship Leader for Pikes Peak Christian Church.  He has served on staff at Pikes Peak since February 2012 and is grateful to be a part of such a loving church!  Matt has a Bachelor’s of Music in Jazz Studies from DePaul University in Chicago and before arriving at Pikes Peak; Matt served as the Worship Pastor for two churches in Chicago and Los Angeles starting in 2002.

Matt loves the local church and is passionate about all men and women worshiping Jesus!  He enjoys leading, teaching, and raising up new worship leaders.  He and his wife Valentine have been married since 2009 and are crazy about their daughter Amelie who was born in May of 2012.


 

Sam SilveousSamuel Silveous

NextGen Pastor

Samuel has served as NextGen Pastor at Pikes Peak since January of 2014. He is passionate about seeing families worship, love and serve God together. He has a Bachelor’s of Science in Organizational Management in Christian Leadership from Colorado Christian University.  He and his wife were born and raised in Wichita, KS and have attended church together since they were 10 years old.  They were married in 2004, and moved to Colorado Springs as part of a military transfer a year later.  Since that time they have had four children: Grace, Ben, Will and Wesley.  Some of their favorite family activities are playing card and board games, hiking and fishing.


Dustin FisherDustin Fisher

Associate NextGen Pastor

Dustin grew up in the Widefield/Security area and has attended Pikes Peak Christian Church (formerly Christian Church of Security) all his life.  After graduating from Widefield High School in 2002, he attended Ozark Christian College from 2002-2006 where he receieved a degree in Christian Education with an emphasis in Youth Ministry.

It was at Ozark that he met his beautiful wife, Morgan, and they were married May 28, 2005.  Dustin and Morgan have two energetic boys, Peyton and Cole.

Dustin’s favorite things include spending time with family and Chick-fil-A.

MorganMorgan Fisher

Pastoral Care Office Manager

Morgan grew up as a pastor’s kid in Oklahoma where she learned to love and serve Jesus.  She went to Ozark Christian College in 2002 to pursue a degree in Christian Ministry. She met her handsome husband, Dustin there and they were married in 2005.  After graduating from Ozark, Dustin and Morgan moved to Colorado Springs to be close to family.  God opened up doors for ministry at PPCC and Morgan has been serving here on staff and as a volunteer for the last several years.  After spending 5 years with her kids as a stay at home mom, Peyton and Cole, Morgan is now back on staff in the Pastoral Care Department.

Morgan loves cooking, baking, and hanging out with her family in her spare time.

Front Office Manager

I was born and raised in South Eastern Colorado. Moved to Colorado Springs in 1985. Kelly and I have been married for 15 years. We have 6 adult children between the two of us and 11 grandchildren. We have been attending PPCC (then Christian Church of Security) since 1998. I started working here as Front Office Manager in March of 2015 and love every minute of it. I thank God for giving me this chance to serve him.

I love movies, cooking and having our family around as much as possible.


Bill Dulaney

Facilities Manager

Bill Dulaney joined the Staff in August as Facilities Manager. He retired in May after serving in the military for 30 years. Bill and his wife Kanani have been married 24 years and have five children ranging from ages 11 to 29. They ‘ve been attending PPCC for over six years, though it took a while for Bill’s faith to be sparked.  Kanani is plugged into the children’s ministry and has continued to serve in NextGen as a small group leader for High School FUEL. She helps with MOPS and plays a significant role with our summer VBS program.  Bill enjoys fishing, wood working and hanging out with his family.


Connie Fahey

Senior Pastor’s Administrative Assistant

In September we hired Connie Fahey as Senior Pastor Darrin Ronde’s Administrative Assistant. Connie comes with over 30 years of experience in the legal field. She and her husband, Darin, have been married for 20 years and have six children ranging in ages from 16 to 33. Together they lead a national ministry called Celebrate Recovery which meets on Friday nights and helps individuals deal with their hurts, hang-ups and destructive habits. Connie enjoys playing golf, camping, and spending time with family.


Laura Oliff

Pastoral Care Ministry Assistant

In November, Laura Oliff became the new Pastoral Care Ministry Assistant. She oversees the Food Pantry and Benevolence. When someone comes to the Care Center for help, she is the cheerful one people see. Laura is finishing up her Psychology/Christian Counseling degree with Liberty University and will be pursuing her Master’s Degree in the Spring. Her husband Henry is a 1st Lt. in the Army at Ft. Carson. They have an amazing testimony of how God brought them together through a brain injury that threatened Laura’s life three years ago. Laura loves to hike and play her guitar and sing.
